Alliance Jiu Jitsu focuses on teaching Jiu Jitsu from the ground up, working from fundamentals to advanced techniques and drilling. While Jiu Jitsu is a must-know for any combat-sports or MMA athlete, it is also an exciting way to get fit and have fun!

Alliance offers both traditional Gi and No Gi classes throughout the week.

Head Jiu Jitsu Coach Casey Ryan is a Black Belt in JiuJitsu under Elias Gallegos, who is a Second Degree Black Belt under Royler Gracie. He has fought in Strikeforce and has been a pro mixed martial artist since 2007. He has a passion for practicing and teaching Jiu Jitsu, and spreading his Spider Monkey style.
